On Target - Steelwork for Phase II Complete

Steelwork for all Units in phase 1 & 2 complete
Wharfside business park is now properly taking shape. Steelwork for all blocks is erected and cladding effectively complete for blocks 1 & 2.
Block 3 will be fully clad within a couple of weeks.
Block 1 Cladding Complete

Phase 1 block 1 now watertight
Unit 1 to 5 are now watertight and almost fully clad.
Block 1 Steelwork goes up.

The steel frame for Units 1 to 5 is now in place.
Initial site setup is complete and the steelwork for block 1 is now erected.
Work on Block 2 & 3 Steel frame starts next week.
In the meantime, work continues a pace on the main site infrastructure.
Wharfside Business Park breaks new ground

Construction team now on site.
The contracting arm of the Williams Tarr Group today mobilised their troops on site to begin the 9 month contract to turn the currently empty brownfield site into Wharfside Business Park before April 2006.
